Services & Training

Initial Consultation

1 hour: Free

Our first meeting will consist of a questionnaire that will go over your health and exercise history, current nutrition and sleep management habits, measurements, goal setting and a few mobility assessments to check for muscle imbalances and weaknesses. This evaluation is completely free and allows us to get to know each other as well as lets potential clients see the gym and what I have to offer.

Private 1 on 1 Training

1 hour: $75

Training sessions will be determined by individual client goals and experience. Each client will receive their own periodized custom training plans structured to meet their individual needs. These plans can reach a wide range of goals from muscle building, recomposition (transformations), strength training, athletic conditioning and more.

Youth Athletics Training

1 hour: $50

Youth athletics are very important to kids development. Current research has proven that if they are old enough to participate in organized sports they are old enough to benefit from structured strength and conditioning training. A well tailored program will be developed to help the young athletes improve in strength, power, speed and agility to greatly enhance performance on the field.

Nutrition Profiles

A healthy diet is the cornerstone of all physical activity and the main driver to success in all fitness goals. Each client will receive a personalized nutrition profile along with their training plans that will outline their daily nutritional goals for Calories, Protein, Carb and Fat intake, as well as suggestions and information on effective, optional supplements. Meal prep recipes and ideas will be posted regularly on Facebook and Instagram!
